Look at the range to see if any dates in the project’s schedule are outside the years it covers; if necessary, extend the calendar range to include those dates and mark any holidays in the months just added to the range. -- part contents for background part 7 ----- text ----- Look for any lag time, which is displayed on the dependency lines between task boxes in the Schedule Chart.
